Group Affiliation
Membership is open to student-led groups that are promoting positive wellbeing on campuses as described in What Is A Mental Wealth Group. Groups must be:
- Affiliated to the student union
- Advised by a member of staff
- Open to all students
- Not claiming to offer any therapeutic expertise, treatment or formal support.
As a member of Mental Wealth UK, you become part of a community of students across the UK that are actively supporting positive wellbeing. Groups get:
- To influence the direction of Mental Wealth UK
- Free places at training events and the annual conference
- To use the name and logo
- To promote activities & news via the website and newsletter
- Access to any resources or campaign materials that are developed
Groups must:
- Endeavour to uphold the values of the Mental Wealth Project
- Inform the office of on any significant changes to your group
- Submit a new affiliation agreement at the beginning of a new year.
Mental Wealth UK reserves the right to change membership terms and conditions and will notify groups in advance of any changes. Members are expected to review changes to the terms and conditions after receiving notification. Continued use of the website, resources or logo, constitutes acceptance of latest terms and conditions.
