Matthew Elvidge Awards Announced

On Saturday 28th January groups and supporters met in Leeds to celebrate the 25by2012 campaign and look to the year ahead. The event also featured the presentation of the 2011 Matthew Elvidge Award - a recognition award worth £1000 for students' significant contributions to campus mental health promotion. 

The winners of the award, which was sponsored by the Matthew Elvidge Trust, were Mental Wealth groups at Cardiff, St Andrews, and Cambridge. Congratulations to each of the groups for their fantastic accomplishments during 2011. A press release is available here.

Although only three groups could be recognised with an award, the event was a celebration of each of the 25 Mental Wealth groups that were established in 2011.
